4m x 3m Omlet pen, cube, new auto door still boxed and coop light

we have kept our three hens now for nearly a year an a half they are very happy, friendly and give us wonderful eggs every day...

BUT

My son keeps pestering me and really wants to get 2 more hens , to be completely eggsufficient, and because they're great fun!!!!!

 

Do you think we will disrupt what we've got by introducing some newbies? We don't want to create any friction or aggression in our 'FLOCK' as they are extremely contented and united at the moment

There will be a period of "readjustment" inevitably, but it generally all settles down within three weeks.

 

Can you borrow another Eglu to put the new girls in along side the others, and gradually introduce them after a period of just seeing and hearing each other?
