CAMPYLOBACTER: Anyone else had it?

rather than for washing hands!!

 

I can't really afford to use my washing machine much at the moment and so am handwashing a lot of things, I actually find it quite enjoyable!

 

But the only hand-wash solutions and powders i have found seem very harsh and i'm sure they damage aquatic organisms etc. Does anyone know of an eco-friendly one, or one i could make myself?

I use Tesco Naturally delicates wash. Not sure how green this is but it is kind to my hands and my bras

 

My hands and skin generally react badly to anything containing SLS, SLES etc. So far the Tesco delicates wash has been fine on my hands and on the skin where my bars touch .

Ecover Non-bio Laundry Liquid is also great for hand washing. Just dissolve 1 ½ capfuls (45 ml) in 5 litres of warm water. Wash and rinse your clothes as normal.

I did a hand-wash with the ecover stuff and it's worked really well
