LJ's Chooks Posted May 20, 2008 Share Posted May 20, 2008 Maisy has been laying softies for a couple of weeks now on an off ... some days two... then days without, then we had an egg which had a hard shell but the membrane was wrapped around the outside.... almost looked like skin. Really wierd!!! Another one for the compost heap!! I'm sure she'll be laying the real thing soon... she gets plenty of limestone flour in her food and is in a huge pen for most of the day.
