chickenlass
I have just arrived home from a friends house ...she has ex batss like myself and one off them has been off colour for a couple of days...I watched the chicken for a while today and her comb is floppy and she just stayed in one place really most of the time not pecking and moving around like the others were. She did lay a softie a few days agao but hasn't really picked up as they usually do. I suggested she got some Avipro which she has done immediately .... Was I right to suggest Avipro and is there anything else she could do to try and help the chicken please?
Snowy
I would always worm as a first line measure. Avipro will help settle her tum if she has a digestive problem. Also make sure she is eating and drinking. If not, may need to get fluids into her.
chickenlass
Thanks Snowey...I'll ask her if she has wormed them lately.
