Hi, just wondering if anyone had any good cake recipes with aga baking instructions. I seem to only make the same cakes that i have mastered and would like some variety. Also i got a book from the library all about aga cakes but tried one yesterday and it turned out really dry so it wasn't nice at all. So im looking for some tried and tested recipes.

I have a few that work everytime, I'll look them up for you Mary Berry has a good book using Aga cooking instructions and Amy Wilcox is a little more contemporary, and has some good recipes too
