*mummy_hen*
Just put them to bed for their third night and they are cetainly getting into the routine, about half an hour before they go in they all get all sleepy and start getting ready to settle down. We have been having to lift them up and put them in and then pick them out in the morning as they haven't mastered the ramp yet, but this morning, due to terrential rain and us not being home for 3 hours, we decided to put them back in their house (with the curtains open so they could see out). When we got back, i opened the door to let them out and all but one came rushing down the ramp *so proud* Poor little Florence knew what to do but kept freaking out when she actually attempted it. After about an hour of pecking around in her house, i took her out to join the others. Anyway, back to bedtime, just as i was getting them ready, two of them took themselves in so me and OH decided to just put them in as only had 10 minutes till we would put them in - we encouraged one more up the ramp and as OH is trying to get number 4 in, the other 3 are stood right on the edge, trying to look out and get back down the ramp, the two of us were in stiches trying to keep the 3 in and get the other 2 up - Henrietta must have been up and down the ramp about 5 times of her own accord. Finally got them in and we were chuckling for ages....they are so funny - so much for they just stand there and let us put them in now!! Think they are showing off to their proud mummy and daddy that they can finally use the ramp
