Mrs Frugal Posted April 28, 2006 Share Posted April 28, 2006 Chilled Fruit Soup 2 ripe Galia/Ogen melons 1 large orange 3tbsp caster sugar 8oz strawberries Halve and de-seed the melons. Scoop flesh into a blender and puree with the sugar. Cut away the skin and pith of the orange and carefully separate into segments. Remove skin from the segments and cut in half lengthways. Add to the melon puree with any juice that's accumulated. Halve the strawberries and add to the puree. Spoon into glasses or dishes and chill.
