craftyhunnypie Posted June 2, 2008 Share Posted June 2, 2008 Maggie May our black rock laid her first small but perfect egg today. Of course I did the egg dance. It sort of went jogging on the spot, fists clenched up to my ears and being waved about. Oh and a big grin on my face. We are so proud of her, she made a lovely hollow in the box we have as a nesting box. The man said she was 11 weeks when we bought her 3 weeks ago. Hmm. I think she had escaped from a different age group pen. I think she was more like 18 weeks - now 21. Still, she is perfect & so soppy - she loves a fuss. Well done Maggie May!
