DiamondsEggs
For about a month now, our chickens haven't been laying as good as they should be. We normally get about 3 eggs out of 28 chickens a day, whats causing this? Is it a funny time, or could they be eating the eggs? I've read somewhere about worming your hens, and if you don't do this is could result is laying less eggs, but i'm not sure. Please help x - Amy
Egluntyne
If they haven't been wormed it may be worth doing. Why not get some Flubenvet online and start them on a seven day course. There is no egg withdrawal with Flubenvet, if they do happen to lay. Have a look at **this article** from the Frequently Asked Questions section. ..lay a little egg for me
Could they have made a nest somewhere else? A friend of mine had a neighbour call round to say they had found 30 eggs under a bush!! Might be worth a check...
