Hiya,

 

I feel like making sticky toffee pudding for tonight's dinner and was wondering if anyone had a simple recipe that works and tastes good!

yep, use this recipe for the sponge but substitute the marmalade for toffee sauce or golden syrup.

we had a pudding craving so I whipped up one just now!

 

 

enough for 4 people or 3 greedy people (2 greedy people had some tonight and there's a portion left if anyone wants it?)

 

Homemade raspberry jam and some half price double cream from somerfield.

Followed the link last week, and my 11 yr old made it last Sunday and tonight. Absolutley lovely and so easy to make. Thanks for this recipe its a winner!!!

Hawkshead Relish do a fabulous Sticky Toffee Sauce that I stock up on when we go to the Lakes. They have a website but glass jars are quite heavy so P & P is expensive.
