Beak Ring/Bumper Bit Help!

My chief hen lost her beak ring a few months ago, but now has once again started to feather peck, thankfully not drawing blood yet, but my hen that has gone broody is almost bauld and the others arn't faring that well either. Am seperating when I can, but beak ring is needed and cant buy one immediatly anywhere please help!
