Patridge bantam chicken poorly foot?

Hanging out the washing this morning I saw Alice our new Amber on the nest box. Children were very excited!!! A first egg!!!

 

When she came off the nest there was nothing there but two softies between the roosting bars. I think one might have been there from yesterday as I'd been too busy to poo pick. Egg shells are flexible and very soft.

 

Can this just be a new starters egg tackle getting into gear? Will it continue?

She has access to grit and shells.

I think these were both from Alice (Amber Star). They are the first softies I've ever seen. One had a yolk and white, the other just a yoke.

could be my laid a softie this morning , then just a yolk as in my thread in( eggs ) have a look , hubby posted it i think its (a softie followed by this) then after about 4 hours she finally laid a normal little egg so hopefully if thats the case yours will be ok please if i'm wrong someone will put me right

sorry its called Soft Shelled and strange blob, any Ideas? - picture attached my sofie did look exactly like yours in the poo tray this morning though hopefully she will sort it out when she gets used to laying .

Thank you for the info. You were right . . . she laid a small 36g egg with a hard shell today!!!
