AJuff Posted July 28, 2008 Share Posted July 28, 2008 (edited) Hanging out the washing this morning I saw Alice our new Amber on the nest box. Children were very excited!!! A first egg!!! When she came off the nest there was nothing there but two softies between the roosting bars. I think one might have been there from yesterday as I'd been too busy to poo pick. Egg shells are flexible and very soft. Can this just be a new starters egg tackle getting into gear? Will it continue? She has access to grit and shells.
