debbie26pet
wow not sure how much rain can we take its hardley stopping, my run is starting to look damp, but the chooks love it, my run is covered and i have auboise in it which i changed on sunday, but now looks like another change is needed. even my shed has sprung a small leak so u know what ill be trying to fix tomorrow if the weather gives us a break my sides of the run are open so i use like a large shower curtain on the front of it to try and protect, but we are now thinking no good for winter, can we on the sides put them corragated sheets around them, maybe leave the door with mesh for air etc? other wise we are gonna have to give the chickens a paddle and a dingy so they can sail around. SAB
I know what you mean - mine are evolving into ducks before my very eyes!
Egluntyne
I don't see why not. My two Eglus have their runs completely covered with plastic, with just the door end open to he elements. It has kept the Aubiose dry. When the weather is fine, I just pull the plastic back.
