How much do you give?

Mine wouldn't take it disguised in anything till I saw how mad they went for the cat's food. Two found their way into the kitchen and demolished the cat's dinner .

I now give them a tablespoon of dog food in the evening when I feed the dogs with a level teaspoon of limestone flour, is that too much?. I must say they look sleek and shiny and the eggs are fab!!

Actually as I am feeding them meat which has been in the kitchen will DEFRA come and take me away?

I don't know what the correct amount should be either. But I give my 4 chooks 1 teaspoon of limestone flour a day and chuck it in their pellets and shake. I give daily at the moment as I have 1 girl laying thin shelled eggs.

Mine have a tablespoon daily in with their morning layers mash porridge.
