It's the County Show next week and it has such a wonderful poultry section.

I just KNOW I will come back with more chickens.

I have four hybrids so can indulge myself with two pure breed hens.

My OH will take some convincing.

You can always do the "What! Those two....I've had them ages....don't you remember me saying!" routine. Works every time here.

 

Have you got temporary accommodation for them whilst the intro period happens?

Yes I have an eglu with an extension and a wooden arc.

Oh ,even the thought is exciting.

I'm thinking .... BLUE eggs.

Will do my research and have a chat with the exhibitors at the show.
