Troy
Had to give it a shot really! One of our nervous pooches responds well to the clicker so I thought I'd give it a go with 7 unruly hens that did'nt want to come in last weekend! - We were VERY late for a friends dinner party! Now where ever they are in the garden and whatever the time of day they stop whatever it is they're doing and come running back into their run!! Once they're in, they get some delicious bits of cut grapes (yes I do cut them! ) and settle for a snooze/grooming session/dust bath! I have to say its made free ranging so much easier as I can literally pop them in and out depending on my day without me worrying about them when I'm not around. My neighbours think its hilarious partly because the Pekins look hysterical running down the hill trying to keep up and because of the skreetching that goes on during the race!! I would totally reccommend anyone trying this. Its great fun! Troy

alexgirl73
I may give this a try. I presume it works on the same theory as when I tap the sweetcorn tin with a spoon?
cluckbok
Oh wow that's excellant, well done. Will bear that in mind if our girls become naughty!! They come in for us if we rattle the corn tub and throw corn in their run. Although sometimes they do get wise to it!
