How Quickly Does Albendazole Work?

Help! My Light Sussex started laying on Sunday. HOORAY!!

 

But each egg has had a smear of blood on the shell and today there was a large drop of blood on the bedding! Whats going on? Is this normal for a chicken that just started to lay 60-75g eggs?

 

She seems quite happy apart from this, is eating well and running around in the garden.

 

Please tell me as I am very worried . I Love My Chooks!!

hi, i am very new to chicken keeping but i remember reading that this can sometimes, not always be a sign of a prolapse uterus starting.

Don't worry, it happens sometimes,especially if they are new to laying
