Guest
I have a vine full of them but they are rather bitter. Seems a waste to leave them there. Any ideas?
Howwhywhen
Do you know what variety they are? Some take a very long time to sweeten up. Are they indoors or out? I can't remember the names of mine (in greenhouse) at the moment (they were planted by my ex), but one of them is still very sharp - he tells me this is a variety that is used for sultanas and I should just leave them for a while yet. Then I shall try drying them, but that is another adventure to experience! The other vines have sweetened up over the last couple of weeks and are really nice - just full of pips! You could always juice them and add sugar! Fi
