Just wanted to share my temporary run cover idea.

It might help those of you who may be like me and have an 'other half' who is none too keen on jobs of a DIY nature, as this is dead easy to do.

The run was becoming a quagmire and I felt sure the girls were miserable in the cold and wet we've been having.

Hey presto! we came up with the idea of using a cheap awning from B and Q. I bought it a couple of months ago for a party, I think it was only about a tenner. We have secured the sides with wire, so hopefully the thing won't take off in the wind. I'll let you know how effective it proves to be...
