gracefruit Posted December 21, 2008 Share Posted December 21, 2008 Our wee Blue Mendlesham Nudge usually lays quite small eggs, but today she laid one nearly twice the normal size. My son chose it for his poached egg at lunch, and now we know why it was so big. It was had a double yolk! I have never seen one, not even from store-bought eggs.
