KAZAROO Posted December 21, 2008 Share Posted December 21, 2008 Is there any reason not to give the girls just plain rolled oats as they are from the bag? Will they swell in the crop or do anything harmful? We used to feed our cattle and sheep rolled barley and oats- but chickens have no teeths; so just wondered if anybody gives oats?
