?New egg, or britney playing games?!

Britney my asbo chicken ;) has been laying pretty much 5 eggs a week since I got her back in early november. They are always white, and have been almost uniform in size give or take a small bit of variation.

 

Today I had a small white egg. Probably about 2/3 of the size of the normal Britney eggs.

 

Is this likely to be a hiccup with Britney, or has my silkie started to lay? I have no pictures as I dropped the egg in the excitement and the dog scoffed it lol

 

The only real way to know is to wait isn't it? And see if tomorrow and beyond's eggs are bigger, or if i get?
