badgerbluebadger
I thought today was a nice day to give the girls a really good clean out and replace woodchip and give the bars and nest box a really good scrub out. Halfway though the job Ella was making a right old noise and kept sitting down. - I finished the nest box quickly and popped the back together. Ella ran in the nest box in seconds and a few mintues later an egg. What a bad mum I was trying to make their home clean Now she keeps giving me one of those I am not happy with you looks and won't even come to me with meal worms! Egluntyne
I clicked on the link with some trepidation! I imagined a fox story. She will forgive you eventually.
badgerbluebadger
Sorry Egluntine - just a chock in a bad mood with her mummy! Just one other question - how big or what weight should full size chickens be? Thanks
Egluntyne
Depends on the breed. Mine vary from light as a feather to a couple or three kgs.
badgerbluebadger
Ones a pepperpot and the other is a ginger ranger - so 2-3 kgs?
