4m x 3m Omlet pen, cube, new auto door still boxed and coop light

I appreciate that this may make me sound soft, but does anyone have any (sensible) ideas about keeping our gang entertained whilst they're in their run during the day?

 

We have 4 girls in an Eglu + Extender, and as we both work full-time they spend most of the week cooped up. Sometimes I wonder whether we could do something that would go someway to preventing "Polar Bear" syndrome. Any ideas anyone please?
