4m x 3m Omlet pen, cube, new auto door still boxed and coop light

Good moning,

 

I wondered if anyone else had suffered the loss of screws threads from the body of their Cube?

 

I emailed Omlet for assistance and was told to buy some "pointy screws/bolts" and simply "screw into the plastic". Not sure am 100% happy with their response.

 

Am also still waiting on info re the run frame. It appears to require fixing to the un, no instructions to hand and still nothing from Omlet ...

 

Can anyone please help? I don't want to make this up as I'm going along for fear of damaging the wire mesh plastic coating etc.

I understand that they had this problem whent he first eglu came out and it had metal screws - poeple were forever crossing the threads and the whole unit then has to be replaced (or so I heard), they then changed to plastic screws, which were hopeless... now we're back to metal ones. May I suggest that you email james@omlet.co.uk
