4m x 3m Omlet pen, cube, new auto door still boxed and coop light

I am sure that there are lots of gardeners out there who can help a complete numbty!

 

We have a largish garden. Part of it is relatively flat which is where the wee ones (OH included) play footie and cricket. Most of it is on a pretty steep hill.

 

In the five years that we have been here I confess that we have had a gardener who comes every two weeks in the summer to cut the lawn and then comes to clear away the leaves in autumn and early winter.

 

I have decided that, even though I am a rubbish gardener, credit crunch and all that, it is time for me to get a decent lawnmower and do it myself.

 

Does anyone have any experiences that will help me to choose the best machine?

Jlo, have a look at the above thread. (gloss over the bits about Crocs). I'm not sure about the suitability for sloping gardens though? Maybe contact Qualcast directly?
