I told him after he should have called an ambulance but we're t he type of people where an ambulance is for those who really need it (try telling him that he counted as one!)

He probably wouldn't have needed to go to hospital if he had been seen at the practice but if he was bad enough to need A&E at least someone could have been looking after him whilst the ambulance arrived

 

there is no excuse for not treating him
