will hybrids get on ok with purebreeds in a walk in run

I'm sure they will, you just have to do do your introductions carefully if getting them at different times...

 

If they are the same age, size they will just sort out their pecking order....(I dont think breed will be a factor)....

 

If you are getting "new" chooks to add to existing birds, you'll have to take it slowly ...

Mine are all fine together, took them about 3 weeks to totally gel as one flock but no problems with intros.

 

Edited to add - forgot to say that my hybrids came first and about 6 weeks later I added the pure breeds - of a similar age to the hybrids. One if the newer girls is 3rd from the top of the pecking order now too!
