There's an absolutely fab 'Ben and Jerry's Ice Cream' Recipe book that I borrowed from a friend (along with her ice cream maker). It's got all the B&J ice cream flavours as well as some really good background recipes for ice cream.

 

The Dime Bar Crunch ice cream is do crunchily die for! (It's called the 'heath bar crunch' in the book)
