Scottie Posted February 12, 2009 Share Posted February 12, 2009 Our Cream Legbar, Bunty is now about 46 weeks old, almost a year - we've had her since she was 12 weeks old (that was last May) and she has never laid a single egg. Has anyone had a hen who has waited so long before she starts laying, or should we now give up hoping for this elusive blue egg? She looks healthy enough, doesn't have a very big comb and runs a mile when you go near her. She's been wormed very recently, eats fine etc. and gets on well with the other girls.
