TAJ
I am not sure if anyone has found a good place to buy feed online - whenever I have looked the delivery charge has been the issue, but this week I knew I would run out of growers pellets (very greedy meat birds!) before the weekend and I have to go 20 miles (each way) to get my normal brand in growers (layers I can get more locally), so I looked online again. Anyway Millbryhill's delivery charges are in kg bands, so it was £5.68 for up to 30kg. They had an offer on IMAS cat food (½ price), so a 20kg of growers and 6kg of cat food was delivered next day by DHL (inside a reuseable woven sack, so if I hadn't been in it would have been fine outside) and due to the offer on the cat food was actually cheaper than if I had bought the items locally. http://www.millbryhill.co.uk/small-holder-533/poultry-products-654/poultry-feed-664.html?all=all Anyone got a better recommendation on prices online for home delivery - it is sometimes really difficult when working fulltime to get the time to go out for supplies. SAB
I have ordered from same place as you (they used to be Greenmule). I am reusing the sacks as planters for veg! You can also get Hemcore from them (under equestrian bit) and huge bags of grit that last for ever, ditto garlic powder (again check equestrian). Keen to see if anyone comes up with cheaper.
