Trudie
Apologies if you get this twice but this is my first time on the site and I am not very computer friendly. I have have had two hens for 8 months now they are both very happy. I discovered that one of them has a balding bum and top of legs. She is eating and very jolly so I don't think she is ill. I have checked for mites etc and nothing. She is a bit of a baby and does sit in her nest box at night whilst the other one roosts. She has sawdust in her nest box and it hasn't been a problem before. There are no rashes or bites the skin is very clear but no signs of quills growing. She does look rather funny when she is bent down pecking with her bare bum stuck up in the air. Any ideas?
