4m x 3m Omlet pen, cube, new auto door still boxed and coop light

need a prompt reply before I go tobed. I was planning on leaving eglu door open tonight as no frost forecast and chickens ready to get out before I am up as it is half term and we are all lying in til 8.30am! But feel really guilty! Is this ok - will they freeze - shall i go shut it now? If anyone out there to tell me either way, please do! I will be going ot bed in next 10 mins!

I never usually leave the doors open but lots of people do. I forgot two nights ago and mine were fine.

Please ensure you check all the Eglu run clips as if they have become brittle in the sun then a fox can break into the eglu run. Hence I'd shut it at night if poss.

Haven't shut mine in a year - chooks are fine, even the one who sleeps alone in her own cube!

We cannot shut door at night as our wee bantie sits with bum hanging out door and won't let us close it! They have been fine, regardless of weather. Our run is within larger secured area though so we don't need to worry about foxes (that and our "guard turkeys" patrolling the top of the Cube ).
