Seagazer Posted February 23, 2009 Share Posted February 23, 2009 I was so impressed with my friend's skyline and YS loved her too and insists that we get the same chickens So thats a skyline and an amber star. It will be nice to see them both again though as they were in the eglu at the time as she had only just got them. The colouring on the skylines are so gorgeous and she said that they come in all different shades from light to dark. Her one is quite light and we were staring intently at the ear lobes and it definitely had a greeny/blue tinge I can't wait although I obviously love my gingernuts and pepperpot lots and lots (don't want them to get jealous ). Cooks Posted February 23, 2009 Author Share Posted February 23, 2009 yes they do come in varying colours, the man I got mine from got a darker colour and a lighter for us to choose and Flo is the lighter of the two. I keep eyeing up her ear lobes and I think they are greeny tinged, but I think she's SO beautiful I don't really mind what she lays now When we collected these two the man had had an amber star returned and I have to say she was so amazingly pretty! so had I been selecting on that day rather than just picking up my reserved two, she would have been taken home.
