The group is a part of Yahoo groups (don't know if all of them are like this) and I've messaged a few people about things, but where does the reply end up? I think a lot of people that post stuff get more replies than they can deal with, so don't bother to reply to those who are unsuccessful. I have never managed to get anything I wanted by replying to an OFFERED post, but I have made my own WANTED posts and got things, and I have passed things on when I have offered them.... But as said above, if replying to a offered, you won't know anything about it until you see it as taken on the list (unless you do actually get offered it!)
