hi,

my two pepperpots, have just started laying, but i've noticed they are getting really manic, and viscous with each other, mainly with treats. you would think they have never been fed.

is this just part of them growing up? is there anything i should be doing ? they were fine before they started laying

They are having adolescent mood swings and sorting out the pecking order now that they are laying.

 

Arguments usually break out over food.

 

Maybe if you scatter treats far and wide so that they both get a chance to have sme, they will see that there is plenty for everyone.

 

It will settle in time.
