Single hen

One of my ex-batts which i've only had for about a month seems to have a small growth just on the base of her back above her tail feathers. I'd not noticed it until the other day when i saw her plump out her feathers and nibble at it. If it was on a human i'd say it looked like a skin tag of small wart. Can anyone shed any light on what this might be and should i be worried?

 

Other than that she seems in good health. She is active, bright eyed, has a good appetite and is growing feathers back nicely.

Some are more developed and noticeable than others.
