Our first eggs - isn't it amazing how exciting a little thing like 'eggs' can be? :D

PP Audrey 05.03.09 and GNR 07.03.09! OH off at work on a Tug Boat has told the whole of the crew - he was SO excited! (how 'tough') :lol:

PP Audrey laid !brownegg! - all speckly at 49g GNR Grace's first was !creamegg! 48g

Hens are great :dance:

Had two 'softies' today - both from Audrey PP . She's done 4 days of perfect !eggbrown!, today (this evening) - one softie in the nest box and one while out roaming! Grace seems ok GNR . Audrey had been eating her nest box straw (now swapped for Hemcore). Do you think I have a 'problem child'? I have given them treats for being such super stars....!

Silly question too ..... can you eat the softies? :oops:
