Single hen

If it's not one thing it's another - my ex bat has always has a very bald chest, though she is feathering up well elsewhere. Recently it has become very red and sore looking.

 

The chickens have red mite powder everywhere in their eglu, they have diatom in their nest box and the other chook is absoutely fine.

 

any ideas??

Not sure - this morning she is bald but not red so I shall just keep an eye out.... thanks

sudocreme helps with the redness and stops it becoming dry and sore.....
