quickcluck
Saw this in wiggly wigglers http://www.wigglywigglers.co.uk/shop/product.html?product_id=1194&-session=shopper:56A146B309cad36BCErjFE635F15 and wondered if it'd be a good way to grow 'goodies' for girls....... What do you reckon?
Egluntyne
Definitely. There was an article in the Practical Poultry Mag a year or so ago where a breeder grew them on an almost industrial scale to feed to her chickens. I have given them to my girls from time to time and they love them.

quickcluck
I think they can have pretty much anything. But i am steering clear off the strong flavoured stuff in case they affect the eggs!
