ali-s Posted April 3, 2009 Share Posted April 3, 2009 ...... should a hybrid chicken eat in a day? I know I have read the amounts somewhere, but can't remember where. My rescue girls (4 of them) were starving when I got them and are still eating vast amounts of food. Today as usual they have emptied the grub, eating started at 7am and the grub was empty by 5.15pm. They also get 3 small handfuls of mixed corn and hour before they go to roost, other veggetable treats have been ignored. The chickens are on day 3 of Flubenvet worming.
