likeastar--x Posted April 8, 2009 Share Posted April 8, 2009 been some little arguments between my 2 banties, and both are left with little cuts all over their combs, these cuts are all minor but sometimes i come out and theres some dried blood. i never see them get agressive, as this never happens in front of me. i dont really fancy putting bumpa bits on them, and this probably wont help much anyway. is this an issue or will they just settle down? theyve never really got on but they never used to peck each other? alih Posted April 9, 2009 Share Posted April 9, 2009 It should settle down but I have sprayed my hens' combs with purple spray followed by vaseline to stop the others a) picking on the hen because of the blood and b) being able to get a grip again.
