Red raised scales on tail and tummy

I noticed last week that one of my girls had a red looking tail - she has never had many feathers here. Have had a closer inspection today and noticed raised red scales on part of her tummy too.

 

She's fine in every other way, their cube is regulary treated with diatom and can see no sign of mites or scaley leg mite. I've searched elsewhere on the forum and can't see anything, so does anyone have any ideas? I've started using a tea tree oil spray for chickens on her for now.
