Ain't Nobody Here
Bit late replying to this , but are they laying regularly now? If not, I wouldn't worry. They can take a few weeks to get into the swing of it and even then they can have blips .
jennifer+simon
still not laying regularly, however, yesterday we caught twinkle bottom laying an egg in our lavender bush?! at 500PM we looked all over the garden with no luck of any others, we obviously need to nip this in the bud. what would you suggest? would it be wise to keep them in the run for a few days? Carol U
I would definitely keep them in for a few days until they get used to using a nestbox.
jennifer+simon
thats the weird thing... they were using it happily for the first week and a half?! ill keep them in for a few days..... a bit of a shame as the weather is supposed to be so nice but then again it may give the garden to recouperate
