I posted a few days ago that my had a soggy looking bottom and seemed to not be laying. I have bathed and blow-dried her twice in the last week to see more clearly how her bottom is, she seems to enjoy all that, but has been moulting....maybe I loosened her feathers . Her vent is a bit red, sometimes when gently pressed clear liquid escapes as do bits of what looks like black grit! I have been feeding her natural yogurt, honey, diatom, garlic powder and porridge oats, for 3 days, and the other hens, in addition to their pellets, and then corn in the evening, very little of anything else. No signs of worms, but I use diatom not wormer, the other hens producing perfect poos. Treated for lice etc...just in case

 

She is a bit thinner I think , but eating well and looks perky; she does go and sit on the nest but doesn't produce anything

I would recommend you worm them with Flubenvet. At least that will be worms ruled out then . I think you sometimes only see the worms when they come out in the poo after worming so not seeing any worms at the moment might mean nothing .
