Laura007 Posted November 5, 2006 Share Posted November 5, 2006 One Smart Cookie by Julie Van Rosendaal i saw this book in vancouver and nearly bought it. got home and regretted not buying it. but found it on amazon. it really is a top book for all you bakers out there, and best of all its all low fat. now i know low fat sounds boring, but in this book all the recipes sound delish!!! i have some biscotti in the oven right now and it only uses 2 tbsp of margarine/butter. its fab Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
