She has just texted me to ask if I know how to get the poo tray out. I dont know either as she has left no instructions but has asked us to remove it and clean it. Can someone give me a clue? The poo tray slides out from the back.....in the middle of the tray underneath there is a little metal catch that you push upwards to release the tray. Pull and hey presto!
