Guest
actually, I've just googled and the first 2 ingredients are in lifeguard poultry tonic so must be safe, can't find anything about poultry and Boswellia serrata though
eggalp
Hi Poet, im not an expert but i would give that to my chickens if necessary - as you say its herbal, so i wouldn't expect that it can do any harm, just like the Bachs Rescue Remedy Hope it offers Bea some relief. K-F-C
Seems as though you've advised another member to use it for arthritis back in Dec '08... so try her with some cherries, if you can't get fresh then try some tinned ones, they're good for arthritis.... or try some 'phytopet ease' you can get it on-line, just halve the dose recommended for rabbits/cats http://club.omlet.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=36096&st=0&sk=t&sd=a&start=

Redwing
A drop of cod liver oil might help too?
Saronne
I was told that some herbals can be every bit as potent/dangerous as synthetic meds - but this was in reference to Chinese herbal remedies for human use, and the fact that they were unregulated at the time. Personally, I'm for herbals. Saronne x
