Does anyone know if dried mango would do any harm to a cat?

ive just been sat eating dried mango (you know the wholefoods type dried mango) and the cat shoved her nose into the packet, anyway, I showed a piece of mango to the cat, who started to lick it like it was going out of fashion

please tell me that it wont do her any harm  , she didnt eat it, she just licked it

I took it off her in the end, cos she was getting a bit over enthusiastic about it

oh, ive got a weird cat, she also like honeydrew melon  (she has been known to steal a piece of melon off me before :D )

I don't think the mango will harm your cat. When I think of the variety that my cats have tried over the years

Both of my cats go mad for bleach! If I put it down the loo or do the tiles or anything, within minutes they're both there rolling around and drooling on the bathmat like I've sprinkled the place with catnip. Weird. Luckily they've never tried to lick it.

Meg also likes to lick soap and regularly cleans up the shower after use :vom:

My mum's last cat had a thing for toothpaste, celeriac and grape stalks.

They are strange creatures.
