ChrisP
I went on holiday in the summer, and am on Vodafone. Now, everywhere it was advertised that vodafone had abolished their roaming charges, yet for last month, my phone bill ended up being over £100 MY bill is £15 a month usually. What I'm asking all you omleteers is: 1. Why have they charged roaming charges? 2. How do i view my bill online? 3. If they've charged me romaing charges, is there any way I can get it back? Willow
I understand they only dropped it for 'passport' customers. I have no idea what the different packages are. You could try customer services and argue misleading advertising and that you intend to report them to advertising standards and the EU legislators (threat may make them relent as investigation is inconvenient for them but they are probably ok as it was probably the many articles that left out that detail rather than their adverts).
